She is a recognized expert in legal market strategy, pricing, and partner performance. During the pilot, Jae will lead the overall engagement, including workshops, and be closely involved across all elements of delivery, guiding partners in applying Rainmaker Companion to real client opportunities.

Ed is an attorney, product executive, and seasoned technologist with a passion for building intelligent systems. He leads the development of Lumio's AI platform and Rainmaker Companion. During the pilot, Ed will be closely involved, including workshops, focusing on how Rainmaker Companion performs in practice and working directly to refine and adapt it based on partner use.
Chief Technology Officer
Nick has spent his career making technology work better for people — across client-facing consulting, startups, and now building AI systems at Lumio. He believes AI should enable people, not replace their judgment. Nick built the AI behind Lumio's Rainmaker Companion and will be actively shaping it throughout the pilot — turning what we learn from partners into smarter, more useful behavior.
Director of Research & Insights
Kerrie is focused on how legal services are bought and delivered, and how firms grow. In this pilot, she works with partners to surface opportunities, sharpen positioning, and translate insights into practical coaching for your day-to-day commercial efforts. You can expect to work with her through onboarding interviews, workshop sessions, and behind-the-scenes support using the AI teammate to help you identify, position, and win more work.
Chief of Staff & Operational Lead
Sara works across Lumio to support delivery, operations, and client programmes, helping turn strategy into structured, high-quality execution. In this pilot, she supports onboarding and works closely behind the scenes to help partners apply Rainmaker Companion in their day-to-day work. She is involved throughout the programme, supporting coordination and delivery to maintain a smooth and effective experience.
Head of Platform
Nathan has spent nearly thirty years building and leading technology teams across global consultancies, agencies, and startups, with a focus on shaping the engineering practices that turn ideas into reliable software. As Head of Platform at Lumio, he oversees engineering for Rainmaker Companion and, throughout the pilot, will work behind the scenes to keep the platform stable and quick to adapt as partner feedback comes in.
